Healthy Alternatives to Plastic Toys

by author

It is a known fact that plastics contain harmful substances that we may inhale and can definitely cause health issues in the future. And a little we knew that many of these plastics are used in manufacturing toys. It is like an alarming fact, as it will be our children who will be affected by such things. Although they say not all types of plastics are harmful, but it is better safe than sorry, right? And besides, who would want to gamble their child’s health and future by just recklessly buying those harmful plastics toys?

Many people have been debating about the effects of these plastics to our health. Some are claiming that all these are  hoaxes and should not be believed, while others will also discuss and convincing evidence that plastics are very dangerous for us. Well, with all those debates and questions, I only have one advice: Why risk your child’s life? When there are really a lot of alternatives to plastic toys. No matter the discussion or the debate of whether plastics are indeed harmful or not, there is only one undeniable truth: Plastics are not good for the environment, and that is indeed true. Those harmful plastics just make the environment even more polluted. And since most plastics are indestructible as it is, it is difficult to discard. So it is better that we use less plastics in order to save Mother Nature.

So if you’re thinking of better alternatives, nothing can go wrong if you buy Wooden Toddler Toys. I just bought my kids this Mini Thomas the Tank Train Bead Maze and he was so delighted with the gift. Wooden toys, plush and stuffed toys are great alternatives. You can buy wooden doll houses, wooden bikes, anything wooden. Not only are you giving Mother Nature a boost, but you also give your child a toy very safe to use. These toys are one hundred percent eco-friendly and are also less expensive and more durable than lousy plastic toys that may or may not contain harmful substances. You can also choose to buy a wooden dollhouse, puppets and other toys that are not “plastic”.

So if you are already shopping for Christmas gifts, cross out the plastic toys in your list. It must be very good decision, believe me.  I would highly recommend the Mini Thomas the Tank Train Bead Maze
or the wooden doll houses as well.  For sure, your children will have fun with these toys environmentally friendly.
